Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, automation, and other platform features.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications and business systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications and functionalities.
• Perform data management, migration, validation, and data quality activities within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce-based business solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, administrators, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform features, releases, development standards, and emerging technologies.
• Perform other Salesforce development and technical responsibilities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party application connectivity.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, data models, automation, workflows, validation rules, and security.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment, testing, debugging, and version-control practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
